Ania Gonzalez offers strategic counsel to public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance. She has advised on transactions across a variety of industries, including biomedical, food, beverage, agribusiness, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Prior to joining Larkin Hoffman, Ania practiced for several years in the mergers and acquisitions group at an Am Law 100 firm in Minneapolis representing private and public companies in corporate and securities matters. Before law school, Ania served as an in-house paralegal at a national franchisor in Minneapolis. Ania leverages her previous experience to deliver excellent service as a pragmatic and collaborative advisor to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

- Represented London manufacturer in acquisition of U.S. food manufacturer.
- Represented major U.S. medical device company in structured transactions including investment and exercise of option to purchase.
- Represented major U.S. healthcare company in acquisitions of physician practices and benefits management companies.
- Represented a hospital in connection with the acquisition of dozens of health care facilities, including ambulatory surgical centers, urgent care facilities and physician practices.
- Served as counsel for a physician-owned hospital, assisting with service agreements, lease agreements and other regulatory compliance matters.
- Represented major alcohol manufacturer in acquisition of beverage business.
