Practice Overview
Sarah Baalson focuses her practice on a wide variety of corporate and franchise-related matters. She works with clients, ranging from startups to large corporations and nationally recognized franchisors across multiple brands.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Sarah spent four years with Larkin Hoffman’s corporate and franchise teams, where she contributed first as a paralegal and then as a law clerk to corporate, franchise, mergers and acquisitions, and employment matters. Her background also includes in-house legal support for a transportation company and law firm legal support for senior partners and attorneys in trust and estate law, corporate transactions, and compliance matters. During her career with the Minnesota National Guard, Sarah contributed to legal reviews for military and civilian projects in Iraq in 2009 and later trained paralegals in financial liability investigations of property loss and other administrative legal matters.
